NEW YORK (Reuters) - Jefferies Group Inc. agreed to pay about .7 million to settle charges that it lavished million worth of gifts, travel and other entertainment to win trading business from mutual fund giant Fidelity, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Monday.
